Refund policy

At Wander Babe, we want you to love your travel clothing and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps to take if you need to return an item and how we process refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns on all full-priced clothing items (sweatshirts and sweatpants) within 30 days of the date your order was shipped. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- The item must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

- The item must not be on the list of non-returnable products (e.g., final sale or clearance items).

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1.) Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at wanderbabeshop@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.


2.) Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address. This is required for processing your return.


3.) Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), including the Return Authorization number. The item must be in new, unused condition.


4.) Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after approval.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including but not limited to:

- Travel Accessories (Hats and Luggage Tags).

- Final Sale or Clearance items.

- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
