At Wander Babe, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can start your next adventure in style. This Shipping and Turnaround Time Policy outlines the processing, shipping methods, and expected delivery times for your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time they are placed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and shipping.

Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
3. Shipping Rates
A Shipping exact by weight rate will be applied at Checkout. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you.
5. Delays and Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there are occasional delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, high demand, or carrier-related issues. If you experience a delay, please check the tracking information for updates. If you still have concerns or your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your order before it ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at wanderbabeshop@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
